Alma Joyce Lowe, 89, of Texas City, passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2022.  She was born May 28, 1932, in Galveston. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Texas City.

Alma was preceded in death by her brothers, James and Manuel Gregory, and son, James Edward Lowe.

She is survived by her daughters, Janet Edmonston (Rich) and Debi Dyal (Ray); son, Tommy Goodson (Mona); sister, Paula Gregory; and daughter-in-law, Dee Dee Lowe; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Galveston Memorial Park in Hitchcock, TX.
