We are so sorry to hear of Cathy's death. We didn't know her well, but the couple of times we saw her I was impressed with her great smile and sweet spirit. Her sister Paula is our daughter in law and we also learned from her what a precious person Cathy was. We pray for the family as they go through this time of sadness.

Cathy, for the past 22 years you were my best friend. The one I could always count on. You helped me become the man I am today. I have gained so much from our life together I have two wonderful daughters, three terrific grand-children and three of the most awesome great-grand children. That" on top of all the great friends we have made along the way. I love you wifey and miss you like crazy.

I met Cathy in 1985, she was my supervisor at the group home when there were only one. She was a wonderful friend, I was fortunate enough to be friends outside of work. I have a ton of good memories , too many to post. I loved her like a sister. I stayed in touch somewhat after she moved to Galveston with Randall, I have never seen her do much in love with him. Randall you were a true blessing for her. I felt y’all had a strong love for one another. I will miss her so much. Ceja was in diapers when we met. I’ve watched Brandy and Ceja grow up. God bless you girls and Randall. I wish I could be there, you all will be in my prayers.

I absolutely have so much love for her I cried when she put in her notice but pursued her dream to live by the beach. I always told her you are living my dream=)! She hired me when I was only 19 yrs old. She was a go getter she was not afraid to get on the group home roof to clean out the gutters or have a garage sale so we can plan a outing. She was my favorite boss! When she came to graduation to see her grand kid graduate she also saw the little girl she met 17 years ago cross that stage my daughter. Every time I ran into her we lost track of time and talk talk talk about everything. I loved her truly I'm so sorry for everyone who she impact because we feel a bit of sorrow because we didnt have her as long as we wanted her! I pray for her husband and girls and grandchildren and great grandchildren. God has someone who is getting heaven in order I'm sure of it!!!someone I will miss and so will all my special needs adults and co workers that knew her! Until we meet again. Enjoy the most beautiful golden streets and a peace that passes all understanding!
