Collin Ray Crowder, 25, of West Columbia, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2019. He was born July 11, 1993, in Freeport, TX and graduated from Brazoswood High School in 2011. Collin grew up in the country and became an avid outdoorsman with a special love of hunting. He had a loving, caring heart and was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it. His children were the love of his life.
Collin was preceded in death by his father, Bryan Alan Crowder.
He is survived by his mother, Laura (Jeanne) Simmons Crowder; brother, Caden W. Crowder; son, Bryan Alan Crowder II; daughter, Ava Rae Crowder; uncle, Ryan Simmons; aunt, Laura Richardson and husband, Don; niece, Brylynn Renae Crowder; cousins: Abby Bement, Bart Richardson, and Lacy Simmons Barker; his beloved dog, Tila; and many, many friends.
Collin’s family will receive visitors beginning at 10:00 am, Friday, March 22, at Grace Community Fellowship in Richwood. A funeral service will begin at 11:00 am at the church, followed by burial at Galveston Memorial Park in Hitchcock, TX.
Pallbearers will be Bart Richardson, Sir Tyler Atkins, Kaleb Mezulic, Garrett Davidson, Marqualle Davis, and Joel Velez, Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be Joey Perez, Colton McCune, and James Chapa.
