Going to miss you Don! I know you were struggling for awhile and had been through a lot, but now you’re at peace. I’m still very sorry that you’re gone. I’ll always remember and cherish the “side” conversations we’re got to have, while Sarah n Christel had theirs. Thanks for accepting me as your son n law, and the mutual respect we had for each other. May you Rest In Peace, we will look after Christel for you!

Dearest Dar, I cannot tell you that I know how you feel, because I don't but I feel for you. I hold you in my prayers. I am so sorry for your loss. I wish there was something I could do for you, but being over here and the current situation has my hands tied. Just remember that our loving heavenly Father will resurrect all our loved ones on a paradise Earth where there will no more pain, sickness or death... Rev 21:3,4... A wonderful hope on these trying times. I love you my dear Sister, please take care...

My deepest condolences for the family. Especially, my mom Christel. We had Don in our lives for the last twenty years. He was my mom’s companion for the good times and the bad! We always liked to joke around down to the very end. I was joking with him on FaceTime in the hospital. He didn’t respond but I’m confident he heard me 🙏. He faced many battles over the last several years but I have comfort he is now resting in peace without pain. While none of us are perfect, Don always had some words of wisdom from his own experience and mistakes. He will be missed. I pray for peace and comfort for my mom and the family. ❤️🙏🌺
