My condolences to the family on the loss of your loved one Donicia. The loss of a loved one brings a sadness unlike any other. Our Heavenly Father comforts us by means of promises He gives in His word the Bible. One promise is found in Isaiah 25:8 where it says that death will end forever and another promise is found in Acts 24:15 where it says that “there will be a resurrection”. Titus 1:2 says that God “cannot lie” so we can trust that these promises will be fulfilled. When the resurrection happens, we will be reunited with our loved ones and will never have to be separated from them again because “death will be no more” as Revelation 21:4 promises. I have been comforted by these promises and I hope they comfort you. Other heartwarming promises can be found on jw.org

So sorry for your loss. Your mother was a sweet woman, who always had a smile on her face and made you feel like she knew you for a long time. In our prayers.

I was lucky to know the Contreras family and meet Mrs Contreras. Her house was always open to her children’s friends. Her memory will live on through everyone who’s life she touched. She will be missed by so many but never forgotten.
