Lydia, you may not remember me but I try you and Brooke fondly. I directed ECI Project LAUNCH which began in March 1983. Brooke was one of our first babies and you were so faithful to bring her to our center in Dickinson. It was heartwarming to read of her many accomplishments in her sweet life. She was indeed an Angel and had a very special mom who gave her every opportunity to soar. I know how proud you are of her. She will be missed. Love, Carole Gard, Galveston
