Frances Nell (Fran) McWhorter passed away peacefully on May 23, 2022. She was born in Weslaco, Texas, to William and Irene McWhorter.
In 1955 she graduated from North Texas State College with degree in Medical Technology. After graduation she moved to Galveston, Texas working for several practices. She eventually worked at UTMB and retired from there after 34 years of service.
She leaves many dear friends and relatives to cherish her memory. Per her request, there will be no memorial service.
