Dear family of Fran and Gene, my condolences to you. I had the pleasure of working with Fran ay St. Mary's Hospital in the late 1960's. I was a nursing student and remember her guidance and encouragement. I also fondly remember her caring for my mother during hospitalization on the "community unit" at UTMB after St. Mary's closed. May they both rest in the loving peace of Heaven.

So many fond and wonderful memories of our Franny, she was loving and caring to all her family and friends. she was a shinning example especially for her five Gonzales cousins/brothers. Throughout the years and numerous family illness's she and her loving sister Lupe would become care givers to our parents, aunts, uncles, grandmother, brother and children. She will forever be our loving sister and special angel for all eternity. Sleep well my loving sister and rest now in Gods heavenly kingdom. FHG
