Dear Kelly & Family, I'll never forget the day when Frank called me to say the he & Debbie were at the hospital waiting for you to be born. He had asked me to get a thermos of coffee from Home Cut and bring it to him! I thought "Oh Wow!" I got the coffee and headed to UTMB in the middle of the Mardi Gras parade! I'll always remember the huge smile from ear to ear he had when you were born! He was the proudest Papa in the world! He was on Cloud 9! Now he's in Heaven's clouds keeping watch over everyone. He will always be here in your hearts! RIP Frank!

I have many memories of Frank...since he was just 1 year behind me in school...we worked at the courthouse together in the late 70's and always stayed in touch one way or the other....He loved when I brought special Italian food to him when I was cooking....Missed him when he moved from the Island, but we stayed in touch on FB. RIP Frank, you can breathe easy now my Friend!

There will definitely be an emptiness in this world with Frank gone. His personality, love of life, amazing dancer, and optimism will be greatly missed amongst all those that knew him. Now he has the opportunity to light up the souls in heaven. My sympathy to the family for such a great loss.

I have not known Frank long and met him through several friends on Facebook; however, my fondest memory of Frank is that he hated Cilantro, and every recipe posted which included this spice, he would comment ... "it would be great without the cilantro." I extend my condolences to the Marinelli and O'Donnell families, and may you find solitude in knowing that Frank has an extensive friends list.

I love you brother. You are part of my father that I loved so much. He was my knight in shinning armor. Your very young live was so that God gave you another mother and father who loved you so very much. I wish I had known about you so much sooner in our lives. We could have been truly brother and sister. I will miss your gentle and kind soul, but I will take solace in knowing that God has you in his arms for eternity. Wait for me brother, for hopefully I will get to know you when God calls me home. I love you.
