I ask God to wrap His loving arms around all of Glenita's family and ask Him to send His Holy Spirit to comfort you now. Glenita was a helper, a teacher and an encourager. She stood up for what was best and what was right in every endeavor she involved herself in. She was so very proud of her sons and told me that often. She inspired me. God be with you.

Rick, Stephen, Scott and family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I read the post below, all true! Glenita was a great friend, mother and fighter. I will remember our friendship over the last 24 years, kids going to school together, lunches together and will miss her during the D'Feet Breast Cancer Walks. I hope and pray, one day, there will be a cure for all cancers. She's my hero, she fought a hard battle, now she can rest. Love you Glenita!

My prayers go out to Rick, Stephen and Scott I have been friends with Glenita well over 20 years. Two things I admired most about her. Her head strong opinions and her willingness and ability to vocalize what she thought and the love she had for Rick and the boys. She was very proud of them and always spoke so highly of them. She was a kind and caring soul and so full of life. I am thankful I was able to spend some time with her and blessed to have been able to call her "my friend". I will miss you. Until we meet again, sing with the angels. Your friend, Teresa
Candy Quintanilla left a message on May 23, 2018:
The love for her friends and family was so apparent. While talking and telling stories about her sons and husband I loved watching her face light up. There wasn't a day that went by that she didn't share something about them that didn't make her face beam with pride. I appreciated her willingness to listen to me as a friend. As busy as she was, if she noticed I was feeling stressed she would invite me in to talk. Whether it be a personal or professional conversation she always gave up some of her time to offer advice or just a friendly ear. I will always remember her laugh, her strength, her mothering personality and her commitment to family-both at home and at work. "Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us everyday"
