Jeramy was born November 15, 1986 in Lafayette, Louisiana. He was a cadet in the US Army, 82nd Airborne Division. He loved music, playing his guitar, fishing, and cooking and barbecuing with his family. Jeremy also enjoyed riding his motorcycle. He was always making everyone laugh. He loved to pick on everyone, especially his nieces and nephews. Jeramy will be sadly missed by everyone that knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Louene Yvonne Brown and Mark Martino.
He is survived by his parents, Rodney James Trahan and Rachael Denise Smith; his sister, Charmaine A. Cashat and her husband, Cody; his brother, Rodney John Trahan, all of Lafayette, LA; his two children, daughter Saphira Lee Trahan; son, Jeramy James Trahan Jr. (JJ); his paternal grandparents, Clarence & Mary Catherine Romero Trahan of Lafayette, LA; his step grandfather, James C. Brown (Paw-Paw Jim); his godfather, Mickey Trahan and wife, Cindy; his godmother and aunt, Cindy R. Menard and her husband, Darrell; aunt, Lynelle A. Smith; his best friend, Jared K. Meaux; and many nieces, nephews and cousins from Lafayette, Louisiana.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
