John “Jack” Baxter Higgins Jr., 69, of Galveston, passes away at his home on Monday, May 13, 2019.

Jack’s wishes were to be cremated and the family will have a Celebration of Jack’s Life at a later date.

Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. I am so sorry for your loss. Jack was such a nice person. I knew him from the neighborhood and from my family's drugstore, Airport Drug Store. I also new him in school.
