It was a privilege and blessing to have met, worked and socialized with Lee. She was a friend that left alot of good memories and a mark on my soul. We shared the same nurse's station in Urgent Care and Employee Health. She was a motivator. She had me walking the track at lunchtime in 90+ degree heat. Her little Sandpiper legs just moving so fast and her talking the whole time. She was hard to keep up with. She was my best Mary Kay customer. And Mardi Gras with Lee... Well, I got my best Mardi Gras beads with her and Lynn. She was so much fun to be around. Too young to be gone. I love you Lee Christelli! Condolences to the family. Thank you for sharing her with the world. Sincerely, Jennifer Johnson RN Lexington, KY

It broke my heart to hear of Lee Beth’s passing. She was my friend since elementary school. I loved spending time with the Fundling family. Lee Beth and I would go out on her little sailboat in Sea Isle singing Hank Williams songs. I traveled to Atlanta with her family to see her sister. We spent many hours together. We lived together in Houston and she was a bridesmaid in my wedding. One of the kindest souls ever. Rest In Peace, Lee Beth.

Matt, Anthony and Bruno, My sincere condolences. Lee was an awesome mom and a terrific nurse. She was always supportive of you boys. I was appreciative for her assistance at Catholic School. While she was working at Family Medicine, Lee was the nurse who cared for my children’s medical needs. My children always considered her their friend at the doctor’s office and would let her administer their immunizations without causing a scene! I was ever so grateful for her patience and her relationship with them!! May happy memories ease your heartache! Lifting you in my thoughts and prayers. Doris Falk

To her sons and family, my mother Patty Garcia worked with your mom years ago before she earned her nursing license (with Debbie) when she was an EEG tech at UTMB. I have many wonderful childhood memories of "the EEG lab friends". Later, I worked for your dad in TV rental as a teenager. I enjoyed his personality and talking to him in the bookstore basement. I can still recall (like it was yesterday) him picking up a VCR movie video of Old Yeller on a Friday for you guys. Through the years, I would always run into Lee's smile around town or at UTMB. She was so proud of you. Take care of yourself. Tina
