Dear Jim, I just saw that Mary died, and am so full of shock and disbelief that she has passed. I met Mary when we were Kids, we did homework together on a old picnic table outside by the old IQ downtown. Sadley, we never kept in touch, but she sounds like a lovely person. Please accept my deepest sympathies and heartfelt condolences.

Lit a candle for a beautiful soul. I loved Mary from the first time I met her! She helped me name my sweet schnauzer, Dixie Belle. She and Bucky came to visit me in Lafayette, we went to New Orleans, well let’s say it was memorable & she never stopped laughing about that trip! She helped me through a dark time with her words of wisdom( hard to believe we were same age) she had a heart full of kindness and love to give to all. I feel blessed to have been one. She fought so hard but God decided she had to go home. I can only imagine these last few days for her after walking into His arms! Prayers for comfort, strength & peace for Bucky, Amy ,Tony & the family. Love, Pat Israel
