I was so sorry that we lost Michael.....I worked with him during the time we taught Pediatric Advanced Life Support courses at UTMB. He would always make himself available to teach if he wasn't already traveling. He was an excellent instructor....caring & knowledgeable. I considered him a good friend. Once, I retired I lost contact with him. So sorry for your loss!
