Nice to have had you as a friend in my h.s years. You were a great guy and am glad to have gotten reacquainted in later years. My sympathies to your family

I worked with Mike at Mainland Hospital for several years. You could not help but love Mike. No matter how rough things got, he was there with a smile on his face. I loved working with him because I knew I could count on him to always do the right thing, and be helpful in a crisis. Sometimes working in the mental health field is brutal, but if Mike is around; it's so much easier. We would grab an ice cream cone and take a 5 minute break and then get back in the trenches. I truly respected Mike for his work ethic and the special care he gave to every patient and every co worker. He will be missed.

Worked many years with "Mike", UTMB Psychiatry. Mike was always a caring, devoted nurse to his patients. And supportive to fellow nurses. A pleasure to work with.
