Robert (Bob) Nathaniel Taylor, 95, passed away Sunday, December 6, 2015. Bob was born in Brooklyn, NY in 1920 and later moved to Philadelphia. He was a proud graduate of William Penn Charter School in Philadelphia. Bob loved flying and was an aircraft radio operator in the Army Air Corps during WWII.
In 1945, he married Marion Fehse, the love of his life. They moved to Texas in 1948, where Bob worked in labor relations and personnel management.
Bob served as a deacon at Glendale Presbyterian Church in Dallas. He was a good man, interested in all subjects, and loved the outdoors and bird watching. He is survived by daughters, Nancy Lynn, Sally Taylor, Judy Taylor and Mimi Giesen; and grandchildren Chris Lynn, Michael Lynn, Eleni Tountas, Ben Wollam, and Natalie Giesen.
Bob’s family would like to thank his caretakers: Tennille Handy, Roderick Carroll, Gloria Brown, Linda Johnson, Jewel Felder, and Diana Holmes, who provided loving care during the later years of his life.
