Ronald George Hayman, 69, passed away July 15, 2017, at home in Houston, TX. He was born in Galveston on October 7, 1947, to George Hayman and Emily Fabain Hayman.  His Galvston roots go back to 1856 and the Rodefelds of Galveston.  Ronnie was baptized and confirmed at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church of Galveston, where he served as an altar boy.  He graduated from Ball High School in 1966 and attended The University of Texas at Austin.

Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents; sister, LaRue Fabain Smith Wilson; and brothers, John E. Fabain, Sr. and George C. Fabain, Sr.

He is survived by his sister, Sherry Hayman Gonzales and husband, Christopher, Sr., of Tiki Island, TX, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A funeral service was held July 22, 2017, at Distinctive Life Funerals in Houston.
