Rosemary Maxine Feigle Partida, of the Order of Carmelite, passed away October 11, 2010, in Galveston, Texas. She was born July 30, 1933, in Galveston, Texas.
Rosemary was preceded in death by her son, Nelson Eddie Kershaw; sisters, Josephine Jones and Ann Slater; and mother, Rose Mary (Amato) Feigle.
She leaves behind her husband, Cruz Partida; daughters, Theresa Parani and Priscilla Ingram and husband, William; 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and 7 Godchildren.
Rosemary was the first auxiliary policewoman in Galveston County and cousin of the late police chief, Walter Feigle, Jr. She and her husband joined the Lay Carmelite Order and made their final profession of vows at the Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Galveston.
Her family will receive visitors beginning at 11:00 am, Monday, October 18th, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. A rosary will be held at 1:00 pm, followed immediately by a funeral mass. Burial will follow at Grace Memorial Park on Highway 6 in Hitchcock.
May she rest in peace in the arms of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit forever.
