William Wayne Weldon

June 21, 1975 - March 9, 2022

William Wayne Weldon, 46, of Clear Lake Shores, passed away March 9, 2022. He was born June 21, 1975, in Houston, TX. A definite “Mama’s Boy,” William was a child of God who was incredibly loved by his family. He had a passion for playing his guitar, fishing, and his motorcycle. William was a funny man with a huge heart who loved to have a good time, and he never met a stranger. He lived life on his own terms and was a local legend of the Clear Lake Shores Social Club.

William is preceded in death by his father, Russell Grimes; and his grandfather, Billy Weldon. He is survived by his son, Wyatt Wayne; mother, Judith Grimes; three sisters: TK, Lisa, and Katie; nephew, Grey; niece, Hailey; two aunts, Ta-Ta and Sugar; and two dogs, Dixie and Dyna.

Willie Wayne was one of a kind. He always had a hug and a smile for every friend, new or old. I will miss him dearly, but I know that every time I walk into Aspen’s, his spirit will be with us, Shiner in hand. My deepest condolences to his family and all who loved him.
